The Art Department is responsible for making all the new objects and
textures for Dark Brotherhood: Awakening. First Level Design requests a
needed object. Then, if needed, concept art is produced from the given
descriptions. Hereafter the concept art is realized using various
tools. The result can be a mesh, a texture or both. Meshes are the
physical objects in game while textures are the surface of the objects.
A horse, for example, consists of a mesh giving it form and a texture
which is wrapped around the mesh. The different colors of the horses
are done by using the same mesh with different textures.

My name is Aaron and I live in the United States, Tennessee to be exact. I'm fourteen and I am a modeler and texturer. I enjoy reading, shooting guns, swordplay, writing, learning to play the piano and using the computer for many aspects. I have been playing computer games for about four years, but I just got into modding a couple of months ago. I have had Oblivion for about a year and I use quite a few mods.

PACIFIC MORROWIND

 
 
 

I go by the name of Pacific Morrowind (short PM or Pacific), findable on almost any TES Modding forums. I do a bit of everything to do with modding for personal projects; python programming for Wrye Bash, tesscripting (including OBSE), general cs work, modeling, texturing, nifscope wizardry, questing etc. I am also a generally helpful forumer; any forum that I've hung out a fair bit at (Nexus, Bethsoft and Tesalliance) I've helped others with installation, troubleshooting, modeling, scripting, etc. I also contribute/alpha testing with MMM, OOO, FCOM, Integration: TSL, TR, BOSS, Wrye Bash, various small mods.

For DBC, I do graphics - so far only textures, because it seems to have a longer backlog than the modeling section so I want to get those done and get chapter 1 out sooner rather than later. I'm just new on these forums so haven't really done much else but I will probably do testing, scripting etc. as needed.
